Terms of Service Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Futurizex's software engineering and IT services. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging us.
Engagement & Services
Futurizex provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, AI & machine learning integration, cloud & DevOps, UI/UX design, and technology consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal.
Project Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns 100% of the source code, designs, and intellectual property developed specifically for their project. Futurizex retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, tools, methodologies, and any pre-existing materials not custom-built for the Client.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, required assets, access to relevant systems, and clear requirements to enable efficient project delivery. Delays in providing these inputs may affect project timelines.
Payments & Billing
Engagements are billed per the agreed model (fixed-price, time-and-materials, or dedicated team). Invoices are due within the agreed payment terms. Work may be paused if payments are more than 15 days overdue with advance written notice.
Confidentiality & NDA
All business and technical information shared during an engagement is kept strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussions or work begins.
Warranties, Liability & Governing Law
We warrant that deliverables will conform to the agreed specifications for a defined warranty period. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, and these terms are governed by the laws of India, where Futurizex operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
